    Congrats!!! My brother-n-law does those...I think he is nuts...but he also does them on a RAW VEGAN diet. He is currently hiking the Pacific Coastal trail after biking from Gainsville, FL to CA to start the hike. Maybe I am just jelous...but congrats on completing an ironman!!! that is killer
