Default Polk RTi 12 and CSi 5: recommended distance from the wall

What minimum distance should I keep between the RTi 12/CSi 5 and the wall? My HT is in the living room which is the distance from front speakers is about 11 feet but center is closer, about 10 feet. They are set to small with 80 Hz crossover and the room is 30 x 20 x 12 feet

I have my RTi-10s one foot from the wall behind the speaker and two feet from the side wall. I would start there and try different placements to see if/how it affects the sound. The power port on the back is supposed to allow close placement to the wall.

My CSi-5 is in a cabinet that is only open in front so while I have not played with it's placement I did not notice a big difference from when it sat on top of my TV in the open.
