    Dual hdmi ports are a big plus for 3d and none 1.4a receivers.

    The addition of e-sata and network streaming look like a nice upgrade. The looks are much improved as well, I always thought the 83 was ugly.

    Wow...I might grab one come tax time. Does it handle streaming from a server? I didn't see anything about that or file-types it's compatible with.

    If you got a 3D TV then this new toy is tempted. Otherwise, the current BDP-83 is quite good enough :D

    It will not do HD audio and 3d at the same time.
