    Uh, a website.......

    Go to your Soundcard companies website, and search for Drivers there. Search for your soundcards driver, install it. That is how I would do it. If you use soundblaster or w/e, go to soundblasters website. Etc.

    What operating system are you using? If you can find the device manager this should tell you if the drivers are functioning. If there is a red X on the soundcard you may need to reinstall them using the latest version from the manufactures website.
