If it were me I would look at a good quality monobloc power amp that can work into a 2 Ohm impedance. Then connect the two subs in parallel and you should be fine. Most amps will have adjustable low pass filters to allow you to get your subs tuned in with the rest of your system.

Generally for a 2 ohm load a monoblock is desired. For a single 4 ohm load, 2 channel is the cheapest and most effective means.
