How much am i loosing?!

Im planning on having the tl3 for home theater and moving lsi9 for just 2.1 will i be losing alot from this?! should i stick with just what i have!? am i downgrading?!

Depends what your tastes are, personally I wouldn't mind the LSi's for HT but some may find it a bit laid back, they excel for music though I will say that.

It's all a personal preference really. Wait until they're out, give them a try and make the decision yourself. No one can tell you what sounds better because we all don't have the same tastes. Just my .02
