Soundbar 360 stuck in DEMO mode

Bought this item, brought it home and can't get it out of DEMO mode. Any help?

Hello,
That is a demo version with different programing done to the firmware, not a demo mode. You need to exchange it for the non-demo version at the store.

I too bought one of these surround 360s from a liquidation site. its brand new in the factory sealed box but giving me the demo screen. is there any way to change the firmware? I cannot return the unit.
