    Default IHT3000-volume button doesn't work

    Just got IHT3000 soundbar. Everything's great except the Volume Down touch-sensitive button on the speaker. Unit doesn't respond when touched -- I've tried many different pressures and places to press, but it only works maybe once every 30 (50? 100?) tries. All other buttons work perfectly, as do all of the controls via remote. Is there anything I can do to get the touch-sensitive Volume Down control on the speaker unit working properly?     Have you tried calling customer care to see if they can help you out?

    Haven't called Customer Service yet. Will try to do it tom'w...keeping my fingers crossed that I won't have to go back to Best Buy!
