    Default What's the best way to brush your teeth??

    Not sure if I have been doing it right all these years..

    Just thought I would look to you guys on an Internet audio forum for advice on what and how you guys do it!!!

    2 minutes 30 seconds: 30 seconds each for top outside/inside, bottom inside/outside then 30 seconds for tongue, roof, and tops

    then flossing and listerine, of course!

    I find that a comb works better for me than a brush...

    I dip my finger in my coffee and rub that around my mouth for a full 12 seconds. At night I substitute beer or scotch.

    One dude here uses this stuff to brush his teeth, but I wouldn't recommend it.

    Floss and an electric toothbrush. Never had a hygienist tell me I was doing a "good job" until I got an electric brush.
