New system

I need some help. I have just bought a complete makeover for my Nissan Xterra.

Pair of ex3560/ 6 1/2 /Doors
Pair of ex 3/6x9/ rear
Pioneer fh-f8800 Double din head unit/45x4
12" Boston Acoustic Pro sub
Bazooka Amp 600X1 single channel mono.

My questions are:

am I fine running the doors and rear from the Headunit Amp at mosfot 45x4 ?

Will 600 watts be fine for the sub. I know this sub can take alot of power

u need some juice for the highs -- that's an opinion tho not a fact -- u can run thos speakers off the head unit, but they're not gonna sound nearly as good --- get a decent 75 x 4 channel amp or even somethign as low as 50 x 4 and call it a day.

600's fine for the sub.

The system is in and sounds great. Just one thing. I heard that I can blow my speakers form the headunit not giving the speakers enough power? is this true?

yes it is true
while your head unit says 45x4, thats peak...not rms
the rms is usually 22watts
and even then, 22 watts from a head unit and 22 watts from a true amp are two different things
head units dont give out clear, clean power as an amp will
so if you turn it up, the head unit is going to try and give your speakers everything...but the signal to your speakers will clip, thus blowing out your speakers
true with amplifiers too
if you try to push an amp to its limit, then you can blow speakers out that way too
thats why its better to buy a bigger amp, then turn down the gain, this way your speakers will be getting nothing but clean power....and since youre trying trying to squeeze all the juice out of the amp, itll never clip
