I use my setup primarily for HT in a 20x20 room, I already own a PSW10 and a PSW505 and I understand the PSW10 is a very entry level sub. Would you guys throw in the PSW10 to the setup or just leave the PSW505 to do its job alone?

Leave the PSW505 to do it's own thing. Trying to get those in phase and coherent would not be easy, and the PSW505 will overpower the PSW10. You won't have any benefit from running both.
Main Surround -
Samsung 46" 550 1080p Pioneer Elite SC-35 / Klipsch ForteIIs / Klipsch KG4 center / KG1.5 rears / Polk PSW150 sub / Panny DMP-BD35K / PS3
Bedroom - Samsung 46B6000 LED / HK AVR254 / Boston VR-M60 / Boston VR12 / Polk PSW303 / Sony BDP-BX57
Den - Sony KDL-40XBR3 / Rotel RSP-1068 / Adcom GFA-2535 / Polk RTi70 / CSi3 / RT55 / Yamaha YST-315 / BDP-05FD / WDTV 1080P
I'd just use the 505, and sell the 10. There wouldn't really be any tangible benefits to using both of them.
