Default Polk RTi series speakers set as THX Speakers...Ok?

I have a new receiver the Pioneer 1120 and when I'm running the auto setup it wants to know if I have THX speakers. So if I tell it yes I do and I have RTi speaker will it adversely affect my speakers or their sound?

    My speakers are RTi8, FXi3, CSi5, and HSU VTF-1

It just sets the crossover to 80, and sends all 80hz and below to the sub...

That was kind of what I was expecting. So it's probably the way to set up just about any HT speakers unless your sub is lacking and your main speakers produce bass real nicely.
