RTi A1 for sure (if you can step up to the LSi's that would be an even better choice).
I have run Monitor 40's as fronts and also Infinity Primus 162's off my HK3490. Had a fellow Polkie over and we both prefered the sound of the Primus 162's over the 40's (both when bi-wired and not).
The RTi line is a major step up from the TSi, Monitor, R/M lines. The RTi line is more for HT and the LSi is more for music, but lots of folks like the RTi line since you dont normally need an external amp to drive the bookshelves as you may find you would for LSi's.
So RTiA1's all day long over TSi 200's. Also like the Primus 162's over the TSi's as well (and they are cheaper than the RTi's I think) so there is another viable option for you.
TSi's are great bang for the buck but if you got the moolah for the RTi A series, definitely go with them. Pretty big step up in both music and HT.
+1, on the Rti-1s; a lot of bang for you buck in this little gem of a Polk. The TSIs are nice but the RTi bookshelves are just better, all around! They're surprisingly good with music as well as HT. Which is not as true of all of the Rti towers.

I had TSi100's and jumped up to RTi A3's (nice gift!), and there is a LARGE difference in musical and HT clarity and detail. I know it isn't exactly your question, but speaks volumes for the difference between TSi and RTi A.
