Kenwood KM-106; How much is it worth?

I got it from a friend and was interested in knowing how much it's worth? I need to replace the capacitors and some old parts but I don't won't to put more money into it than it's worth.

Oh yeah and does anyone know where I can get the schematics for this amp?

You can buy one on ebay today for $80 or get into a bid for less.

Well it looks like one channel is stuck at full power with lots of noise that will blow speakers. The other channel seems to be working fine as long as the other channel isn't hook up at the same time (it might work fine at the same time but I didn't dare hook up the bad channel to a speaker again).
