Welcome to, "The What Did You Do Today Fitness, Exercise, Diet Thread." This was inspired by a thread from Mantis. The goal is to have a place for everyone to report what they did for the day. It is not specific towards weight training, Insanity, swimming, prepping for the Boston Marathon, or just trying to reduce your daily calories. Open to all and all are welcomed.
Think of this as group support.
And I do hope it stays positive, I hope it will be encouraging, and I hope you all achieve your fitness goals. What I hope it does not do is spiral into a flamewar over the various tools, research, and theories that do exist.
