    Default Deal of the century!

    Some lucky stiff just walked away with the deal of the century from Craigslist in my area...

    McCormack Power Drive DNA-1 amplifier
    Adcom GFP-750 preamp
    5 disc Denon CD changer

    There were a bunch of cables (and they looked to be nice cables too) sitting on top of the units in the pictures. I'm guessing those went with the gear as well.

    All of the equipment looked to be in mint/near mint condition, so I'm guessing they were funtionally perfect also. So, how much would you expect to pay for all that? <drumroll please> ....... ........ ....... Would you believe, $300?!

    Unfortunately, someone beat me to it. I received an email saying "sorry, it's sold" the next day.

    wow, thats insane. I just missed out on some B&W 683's that were priced at $300 or $600 for 2 pairs, the matching center and the matching set of bookshelves. they were gone in 40 minutes of posting.
    design is where science and art break even.
