    Default No receiver blues

I just sent my 807 in for warranty repair. Was doing audyssey room correction and the receiver was trying to add a height speaker that wasn't there and would go to error.

On the third try, the receiver shut off and wouldn't turn back on even after trouble shooting, disconnect everything, let set for over an hour and reconnect, nothing but blinking standby light. It even sizzled a bit, Ouch.

Could be 2 - 4 weeks, thank God I've only owned it for 1 yr with a 2 yr parts and labor warranty.

Wow Ken, that's the coolest thing, your generosity is overwhelming. I may just take you up on your offer.

I'm going to give the service center a couple of days to make an assessment and give me a return date. If I end up being stuck for a month or so, can I shoot you a pm?

    Thanks bro,

    Geoffrey
