    Default monitor vs rti series?

    i currently have a monitor setup...40's 50's and cs2
might be able to snag the rtia3, csia4, AND fxia4.....
would the rti setup be that much better? or not better at all

Honestly it's a nice improvement and i'd do it. I went from 60's, cs1, 30's to Rti's and would never go back. I was happy with the monitors at the time too, but i'm glad i did it.

I find the RTi series to be more detailed and forward. Great for HT, the more my A7's break in, the more I like them for music duty as well.

I still have a preference for my M70's for music, but my A7's have caught up a bit.

The main advantage, is Better crossovers, Better construction, Better drivers, I found them to have more detail,, but thats just my op, Keep in mind, generaly when you step up, you get better performance,, But, in the end its what you like,,, price, and hype shouldnt play a part,
Not an Audiophile, just a dude who loves music, and decent gear to hear it with.
