great.
Had a tornado about 2 miles away from my place yesterday, hoping it doesn't get any closer than that. It was scary enough with that as close as it was because I have no basement and live on the 2nd floor of an apartment.![]()

Seriously, try to find a friend, acquaintance or someone that lives nearby that has a cellar, basement or the like that you can use in an emergency. It's not like your gonna be moving in, generally you only need to borrow the space for a minute or two.
My thoughts and prayers go out to those affected. I passed by the Atlanta tornado areas this weekend and tornadoes are no joke.

You guys in Kansas and Oklahoma need to be in a basement, like right now. Please call a friend or relative who has one if you don't. Sign up to be notified on your cell, http://www.weather.com/services/notify/learnmore.html. Very serious crap going down right now, be safe not sorry!
Bring food, water and thick blankets!!

Once again we meet at last.
Goin' green, this one is going to be bad. Softball sized hail and a developing tornado 30 miles due west of me, moving due east TOWARDS me. Beam and flashlights in hand!
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
Damn, stay safe folks. I'd like to see ya'round tommorow...
Prayers sent for all of you.

Just saw one of the three that's hitting Dallas. Whoa, that looked like at least an F-4. Doesn't look good for the Airport or anything surrounding Dallas and northeast of.

Governor here in OK just announced 14 towns were hit hard by 8 different tornadoes with deaths around a dozen so far........and we have the best weather guys in the world with the most notice possible. Looks like f4 and maybe f5 at times on the approaching 60-70 miles on the ground.
