Question In Wall Speaker Install Question

I am installing a pair of Polk 65-RT Speakers into a 4 inch exterior wall in my home. Because I live in the Midwest, I would like to insulate behind it, but am concerned it may affect the speakers sound quality. Any problems that I should be aware of in doing this?
    Cheers,

Loose Insulation (FiberGlass) should be behind speaker to improve sound.

I have a similar question. I want to install the 265-LS in-wall speakers in an exterior wall as my main L/R speakers. My local Polk dealer told me that I should avoid putting these speakers in an exterior wall because air movement behind the speaker was important and with insulation in the exterior wall, this would negatively affect performance.

I'm not sure I agree - but I can't find anything to suggest that exterior wall placement of Polk in-walls is acceptable.

Has anyone done this successfully? Was it done with an enclosure built to allow for the 1.2 cu ft of air?

    Thanks.
