Default Anyone here order projector lamps from apexlamps.com?

I ordered my last bulb from purelandsupply.com and so far I have 4,400 hours on a 2-3k hour bulb. Looking to get a replacement to have on hand and found apexlamps.com has a replacement lamp for nearly $90 less than pureland supply and has a 180 day warranty. Reviews seem positive but are mainly oriented towards the purchasing and shipping aspects of their purchase. Wondering if anyone here as tried them out?

Never used Apex but I have bought mine from River Valley electronics with no issues.

A buddy of mine just bought a bulb from Apexlamps.com for the Sanyo PLV-Z2000 I sold him. He got it quick and it worked... but he doesn't have enough time on it so far to judge whether it will last or not. Pretty sure they sell re-lamped housings rather than new units, but since the bulb itself is new, I don't see the problem.
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR1007 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi28 surrounds, rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer and Buttkicker LFE, powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
    Epson 8500UB 1080p projector
Elite Screens 100" Matte White screen

Good to know. I ended up removing the lamp from the housing purlandsupply provided since it was starting to melt (it was all plastic) and put it in the original mfr housing and it has worked extremely well. I don't see a problem with whatever housing I get since I will use whichever looks like it will work the best.

Decided to give Apex a try. Save $65 and hopefully get good life out of it.
