MM vs. db components

How much of a difference is there between the db and MM 6.5 inch components? Crutchfield has them on sale for 199 on onlinecarstereo.com which seems like a really good deal. Is there significantly better midbass and midrange clarity compared to the dbs?

Also, they say the tweeters can swivel, how much can they swivel exactly?

They dont swivel that much. Maybe a few degrees. It still helps but dont expect a ton.

And yes, the MM's are markedly better than the entry level DB's. I recommend them.

Agreed. The greatest improvement will be the punchy midbass the MM's provide.
