Default For Trey & Ben - JBL L166 Crossover Upgrade?

My dad has been impressed w/ the XO mods on my LSi9s - and for someone who lectures me on spending money on audio stuff, he's been impressed w/ m 2ch and HT setups.

I was wondering how feasible it would be to do it - I've never cracked open those big boys so not sure how clean the xo setup is. Thoughts?

I think below is the circuit diagram and perhaps some stock crossovers for the L166s, as well as the speakers themselves. His are in great condition - I figure if he refuses to part with them, perhaps they can be upgraded ;)

    Just an idea...

I had a feeling you'd be up for this - thanks! I'll take a closer look at the speakers this weekend - perhaps crack them open and take some photos. Most probably it'll be a month or two before he can do this, but I thought I'd quietly start the pre-work.
