Forum Maintenance

As you may have noticed, the forum has been down most of the day. I have updated our software to the latest version. This can be seen with the new look. This look will be altered slightly to more match Polk Colors but for the most part this is how it will look. I think it is a nice clean departure from the old design and although it will take some time to get used to I think most will like it in the end.

This upgrade will provide stability and a few new features that I will announce in the next few days. Thanks everyone for their patience. The amount of data that I had to process is truly a testament to your Love of Club Polk. Shoot me a PM if you see anything abnormal or just create a thread in the clubhouse. I will try to get to it ASAP .


Things aren't perfect yet...but I will work to ensure any issues or little annoyances are taken care of

I know you already covered this but there is just way to much blue... lol

Especially when you are scrolling down through - names of people get lost in the mix..

Like the new feel though except for the blue ;)

Yeah I totally agree. Got to sit down with a designer tomorrow and figure out a look. I can barely draw a stick figure let alone design something. I will stick to Developement

agreed. Something about the old CP look that I just dig. The blue hurts my eyes after awhile the red and grey was easier to look at IMO.

I kinda like the new look. Even if this isn't the final layout, I still welcome a new look. The old look was rather, well old. I like a nice change of scenery every now and then.

The plan is to create a theme that more matched the "old club polk" look and then leave this one. That way users can choose the one they like the best. Honestly this one is growing on me..with a little less blue :)

I find the search works best when you put " " around the word you are searching for.

I like the layout - the colors are off.

Granted I read the other style of forum for like EIGHT YEARS - so... lol

I want to search Monitor 5 in the subject only. I am using advanced search, select forum and search Monitor 5 using either ( ' or " and still get every post . Maybe it's just me.
