Default Polk LSiM703 Frequency Response Graph

Does anyone know how I can get access to that? I am considering ordering them, but would like to see that information to see how flat or colored they are.

I do not believe Polk has published a Graph for any of the Lsim series yet.

I will say that response curves only tell some of the story.

LSi15's measured ruler flat on axis, I'd expect the LSiM's to measure similarly. I also agree on axis measurements only tell part of the story.

Yep, pretty much everything any OEM doesn't publish. Your best bet is to either wait for a 3rd party review, demo a pair somewhere, or just pick up a pair blind. There appears to be a fairly good demand for them right now, so if you're not a fan, I don't believe you'd lose much selling them used.

I remember some Thiels (2.6 maybe?) that had a horrendous response curve but sounded incredible, so, yea, response curves don't mean a whole lot. They can be helpful in thinking about bass and what type of sub you need, though.

Thiel uses 1st order slopes, which usually has poor off axis response. Generally they work better with warm gear and/or well damped room.
