Dave Brubeck - La Paloma Azul
Dave on piano, Paul Desmond on alto sax. Recorded live in Mexico, 1967. I can listen to this song and Desmond's sax forever. If I were to pick a song for my funeral, this would be it.

Miles Davis Quintet. John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. Absolutely phenominal album. I highly recommend the Japanese SHM-SACD.

Some more Diana Krall, something a little more mellow, very sultry!

Obviously, I like the light and easy stuff while sitting in my recliner by the fire sipping scotch with the lab by my feet.

Many moons ago, there was a late night jazz radio show called Midnight at the Oasis, IIRC, and this was the show's background music.
