Wow, been almost 7 years...

...since I joined this forum. First joined under a different s/n 9/30/2001. Never really took a break since.

I can't believe its really been that long.

Anyway, I would like to say that this is an absolute fantastic forum. This is the only forum that I actually go to the Whatever or Off Topic section on a regular basis, and I attribute that to the great members we have here.

Its had its ups and downs and lately I was getting really upset about a problem that was very recently taken care of and I'm looking forward to brighter days in the near future, and sticking around for another 7 years.

I attribute my stay to the fantastic, caring members that frequent this forum. Always willing to go the extra mile for other members, and also the great product that has brought us here in the first place. Now a lot of us have moved on to more high-end gear, but chose to stick around anyway to help out the new guys in anyway possible.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has made this forum what it is today, a family of contributors from all walks of life that come together for a common passion.

There are a lot of good people here, a lot of good advice and lot's of opportunity to learn about Polk products, audio products, music and movies. The members are what make this place special. Thanks for your seven years of membership and participation in the Forum!

BTW, you wont make it on this forum for 7 years without some thick skin. Also, please dont complain about what's happening to this forum when you dont know the relationships between some of the members on here.

Nothing has happened or changed since I got here. We've had our ups and downs, but all thats been because of a select few members that eventually get weeded out, and the equilibrium goes back to normal.

generally speaking, if someone quoted you, or their post was right after yours, then they ARE talking to you..........if there are 5 other posts between yours and someone elses response, then it's safe to assume they're not.

If you have a problem with the respect, or lack thereof, towards you, by all means speak up.......but you have no idea what cody or mine's interraction has been over the years......thus my commentary on people with under 500 posts that really don't know what's goin on between people..........(general guideline......i don't want to hear how long someone's been lurking blah blah blah)

hey man, what's cool as well is actually meeting polksters in person. just hung out with szhleppy today and had a blast. i could only stay awhile, but he was very welcoming and we gotta meet up again soon.
