The PA D1000.1 is stable down to 1 ohm. If the Kickers are DVC then you can then you can set the VC on each sub to a 2ohm load and then connect them in parallel to get a 1 ohm load overall and 1200 watts to the subs. 600 watts to each will be plenty. If the subs are SVC then connected in parallel they will show a 2ohm load and each sub will get 400 watts, which is also fine.
There are at least 20 different kicker sub configurations...which one are you referring to?

then why kicker specifically?
