I have a question regarding the green light on the RT1000p towers. From what I have gathered the towers turn on when they receiver a signal from the AVR. Why is the light constantly on when the AVR is off? Are they receiving a signal?

What I am writing is true for the RT3000p. I would think this would carry over to the RT1000p.
Originally the green light went on and off with the signal. It was discovered that different parts of the world have different electrical codes and requirements. Some areas required the light to be on any time the device was plugged in. Therefore, the light operation was modified to be constantly on if the amp was plugged in regardless of signal presence.
They are not likely getting a signal...the light is just indicating the amp is plugged in.
Thank you for answering my question, I was mainly concerned with having the amps constantly powered up. I do not wan to burn them out. This eases my mind a bit.
