    Default Almost done

Ive narrowed my search of receivers to the Denon AVR-2803, or the Onkyo TX-SR701.Which would be best for music and movies. I'm going to use Polk RTi8's for fronts. That'll drain my wallet for awhile. Thanks.

I think you should read this review Here .. They match the 2803 i believe with the Denon 2900 DVD.. He loves the combo!

Also this is a great Place to look for reviews on anything home audio related.

    GL!

I myself just picked up the Denon 3803 and the Denon 2900 DVD Universal Player.. Cant wait. should have it by Friday.

That decision is such a "hair-splitter" that you should just pick the one that has the features you like best.

That is true.. I've compaired the 3803 and the 801 Onkyo and boy was it close.. I would of been happy wth both but i went with the Denon since it had Video upconversion from composit/svideo to component. That and it has 2 DAT per channel so 2x8=16 total. Oh and the extra 10 Watts per channel hehe.. Oh wait it also has 4 amps 2 in the front and 2 in the rear.
