It happens around 30 minutes after you turn on the gear. usually i miss it because I'm not in the room. it doesn't keep flashing, if you leave the gear on for a week it only happens once.

You need a better mic to fully gauge the system.

Something external and cheap would take your videos to the next level.

Even something like the Senn. 57 or 58.
