Almost picked these up, but my better half said no more speakers! Seller said they were the second owner and is willing to move on the price.

Also, the stands are too low IMO.

Pricewise, I never sold my CRS+ for $200 so they are staying with me for now. :)

It's most likely the 1986 blade/blade CRS+. The connector was separate.

Somebody buy these before I do.

Look to be in great shape & they include the Polk stands. Want them, but don't need them or have a use for them now.

To low?? Better then having them on top of another set of speakers.. Those stands look just about right IMO. I'm guessing you have never seen a set of stock stands..

You need to get your learn on on set-up's. this guy's set-up is better then anything you have posted..

Polk SDA SRS 2 speakers on e-bay. No affiliation.
Buy-it-Now price of $450 seems like a pretty good deal I think.
    Somebody should grab these.
I wish I were closer but these are located in Oregon.
The SRS 2s do not show up for sale that often!

Man I have wanted a pair of these for a while. Cannot find any close enough to me to get. It just so happens that my daughter drove to Dallas to visit some friends this week...but my wife's transmission went out last week and we have no extra cash currently. Maybe I'm just not supposed to have a pair.

It would even be better if you could write them off as a donation. Get you one of those new Chase CC where you pay no interest for a year and get'um

He also did very well with his stock set of 2.3tl's on ebay. He ended up getting $1400.00........ apparently without the cable.

Here is an update on this auction.
I had asked them to send me picture of the fronts with the grille off.
There is 4 MW and 2 SL-2000 so they are SDA SRS 2 of the 4TH generation, they are pin/blade.
They are checking into shipping them to my local Pearland Store.
$500 is a little high but they could be a tax write off and they appear in good shape.

    Yep.
I talked to the seller but backed out as it'll be just storing them at my place.
Seller had them stored and said everything was working when they put in the storage.

I'm glad these deals are over an hour drive, or I'd have a bunch of new Polks I don't really need.

Good sounding speakers with those Peerless tweeters. Maybe the price is that high because they are "Pioneer Polk" speakers.

If I still lived in Grand Rapids I would be checking those out for sure. Things like that hardly ever came up there. Guess it just shows you never know where these things will turn up.
