System Details:
Marantz SR 8200, Carver M-4.0t, Rega RP1, Marantz CD 5004, Denon DRR-680
Polk SDA2, Definitive Technologies BP-10, B&W CMC
I got a pair about two or three weeks ago. I was honestly surprised at how decent they were for the price.
For headphone amps I have an AV123 X-Head and DIY O2. I also have a SU-DH1 I use for gaming switchable in the chain. For the 2CH source I have a Cabridge DacMagic. For headphones I have too many: HD 428, Pioneer Monitor 10, Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 & M40FS, Grado SR-60, AKG K601, AKG K702, Philips Citiscape Downtown. IEMs: Altec Lansing UHP336(?) (rebadged UE Super.Fi 3), Klipsch S4, MeElectronics M6.
I thought I'd say a little about my very, very humble headphone set up.
Well, I have Fischer Audio Silver Bullets on the way, being shipped from overseas. In the meantime, I've got a pair of Monoprice 8320. These are mated with a Sansa Clip Zip, playing FLAC files. Sometimes, will be playing FLAC from the PC output through a Musiland Monitor 2.
For those who don't know, which I had no idea until recently, these Monoprice have got a cult-like following over at Head Fi. Considered by some to be a pair that compete and hold their own against pairs that cost much much more. I bought these for $7 btw (not a typo). As for the Silver Bullets, a lot over there consider them to be the best pairs for under $100.
Humble System
Denon AVR 3805: RTA-8T Main (powered by an Adcom GFA 555 MK1), CSi20 Center (Adcom GFA 2535 Bridged Side), Monitor 4.6 Surrounds (Adcom GFA 2535), Velodyne VA-79XII Sub
Playstation 3 & Denon DCD-1100
Music in Motion: Monoprice 8320 & Fischer Audio Silver Bullet IEMs matched to a Sansa Clip Zip
SDS-400, MiniMonitor II, Mini Advent are awaiting further orders.
Like my speaker-based systems, my headphone systems are cheapies....

I'm debating changing headphone amps again. I'd like a Woo WA3, maybe. Or maybe a Bottlehead Crack - I still wanna try one of those.
Sony BDP-S580 (via coaxial digital) or PC audio (via USB) > FiiO E17 Alpen > AKG K240 MKII. Pretty darn good sounding budget rig...

"I love songs about horses, railroads, land, Judgment Day, family, hard times, whiskey, courtship, marriage, adultery, separation, murder, war, prison, rambling, damnation, home, salvation, death, pride, humor, piety, rebellion, patriotism, larceny, determination, tragedy, rowdiness, heartbreak and love. And Mother. And God." ~ Johnny Cash
So good to hear Joe Strummer for the first time. Phones rock. Immediacy is not a word.
listen to Alex Jones
Acer Laptop: the Flash works it works haha!
Audeze LCD-3's and Grado SR325i (both w/ balanced cables) with a Headroom Triple Stack (balanced amp, dac, w/ power supply) fed by Squeezebox Touch.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.
Computer -> Stello U2 USB/I2S Converter -> Stello DA100 Signature DAC -> Darkvoice 336SE -> Sennheiser HD600 (Moon Audio Black Dragon V2 cable)
With the U2 newly substituted for the Nuforce uDAC2 and the mods to the Darkvoice, it is really starting to shape into a very nice system.
USB Interface: Stello U2 ║ DAC: Stello DA100 Signature ║ Headamp: PS Audio GCHA, Darkvoice 336SE ║ Headphones: Denon D2000, Sennheiser HD600 ║ Amplifiers: DIY Class D Monoblocks ║ Speakers: Dayton Audio RS621
Computer -> Logitech Duet -> Lite DAC60 (Pacific Valve Modified) -> Bottlehead Crack with Speedball and many other upgrades -> Sennheiser HD650's.
I also have HD590's and and older pair of HD580's. The 650's are by far better than the other two. I've heard that the 600's are just as good, if not better than the 650's?
