The "Where to Buy" at the top doesn't even have an option for the LsiM line.
I tried looking just for the LSI line, but none of the stores that say they carry the LSI line even carry it.
Where can I find out who carries them ?

not an authorized dealer ......
It means that this internet site sells on the grey market. The equipment is usually legitimate and bonafide equipment, but you'll get no warranty from the manufacturer. Often the merchant will open the box and modify the serial number so that the gear cannot be tracked back to the merchant. They then reseal the package like new - you'd never be the wiser. Why then would the merchant sell on the grey market?
These online merchants typically sell this equipment in a brick and mortar store or through the services of something like a high-end custom install store. They are bound by agreement to the merchant to not sell the merchandise for less than a given price, even when the merchant could potentially sell it for far less than retail. Thus, the grey market is born. The merchants supplement their brick and mortar with grey market internet, which I'm sure does fantastic business.
I once bought grey market. Even when the merchant claimed that they were an authorized retailer I figured, based on the price, that they were not. Soon I received my new Velodyne SPL1200 sub and it sounded fantastic. Right after the warranty had expired the amp died. I contacted Velodyne and they immediately informed me that the serial number I supplied was not legitimate. I admitted that I bought from an online merchant that was not an authorized retailer (they since disappeared from the net), and Velodyne said no problem. It cost me a small some of money to have them fix it, and in the process I have a real serial number from them. This scenario was a happy ending, but not all are. Buy with extreme caution.
Do you hear that buzzing noise?
I've seen a few "grey market" sites that admit to not being online retailers but will match any factory warranty through their company instead. However if you actually had an issue I can guarantee they're not going to have the same customer service as Polk and many other companies, so it's up to the buyer if it's worth it to them. I'd rather know what i'm going to pay up front and have a nice factory warranty than have to worry about it or spend more money down the road if something happens.
