I see one of these posted on the local Craigslist for $200, and I find myself in need of a subwoofer. Thoughts on this? How is it in comparison to the newer stuff like the DSW Pro series, PSW's, etc? Thank you.

To be honest, there isn't a point to buy a used one if your current one needs repair, UNLESS the used one has already been repaired. Best case scenario, you're going to HAVE to replace the power caps shortly after acquiring it. The original ones were of very poor build quality.
