    Question Db 650 Db 690

    Do I need to drive the DB650 and 690 with an amp or can I run them off a head unit?

    preferrably yes...
    with an amp, it WILL sound cleaner, smoother, play louder without distortion
    and if installed right, it WILL make the speakers last longer
