    I saw those. Take a close look at the finish work. Planer marks on the side panels, and the front baffle was painted with a brush.

    Yeah but still. I like the concept! lol The cabinets surely could use some work though.

    atleast he used the newer woofers but youd think hed upgrade the tweeter or xover too

    It looks like he used dimensional lumber. Maybe they were too shallow, and he compensated by increasing the height

    The larger cabinet will change the resonate point for the SW.

    Agreed! But what if the dimensions are the "same" proportionally? If he made the cabs shallower, he could increase their height, no, and still keep the volume the same?

    As long as the internal volume is the same, the passive radiator doesn't care
