Parasound Classic 2100 Pre-Amp

Attachment 78195Attachment 78194I have been wanting too get a nice two channel Pre-Amp and ordered this today.It was the only one "I"could find that had what I was looking for in a two channel Pre-Amp.

chumlie,tonyb..Thanks guys,First I was looking at the Halos,as you guys know I have been moving up the chain on my set up for some time now and the A21 is next on my list for my two channel set up.I wanted this unit for the HT input also the two subs in's and outs.When I got too looking at the built of this unit and what has been but into it the HALO didn't have the inputs or outputs I needed.I also look at ACOM's GFP-815 nice that it is, still didn't have the in's and out's I needed.

I have one here in a second system and it is pretty darn nice for the price.Plus it has a decent Phono pre if you ever spin vinyl.

By decent, would you say comparable to a $200-$300 separate phono pre?

I've been looking at upgrade options from the hk3490, which does everything fairly well, and don't know if the Parasound Classic would be enough of an upgrade.
