Tweeter replacement for Polk Audio T90e Euro Tower Speakers

Hi, I recently ordered and received new tweeters for my T90e Euro tower speakers. However, I cannot get the screws off the old tweeters! The screws are not standardd flat head or philips. any advice? thanks.

Welcome to Polk's forum. Usually Polk uses either Phillips head screws or 9/64th Allen screws. I'll check with Polk CS for more information.

That should be a 3mm hex head screw, according to Polk CS.
