    Default Definitive Technology CLR1000 Crossover Modification and Speaker restoration thread

    A buddy of mine wanted me to bring his old Def Tech CLR1000 back to life.

    1) Repaint cabinets, fill in the holes where someone mounted it
    2) New grill cloth, install a Definitive logo
    3) Aluminum plate for the crossover with a custom engraved plate
    4) Clarity Cap PX, Mundorf Mox/Mills resistors
    5) Point to point wiring!

    Will be fun!

    All done! It is projects like this that remind me that working with textured paint is no fun..

    Enclosure turned out great though!
