MIT Z Center + 2 MIT ZCord

So anybody know anything about the MIT Z Center?

I have the opportunity to obtain this power conditioner and 2 2 meter MIT ZCords for $299 locally.

I need a power conditioner for my 2 channel system but not entirely sure about this combo...

it looks like it. I know MIT but the Z Center seemed to be a short lived product.
From what I have read it was mainly due to competitors offering similarly specced products at lower prices and not any issues with the unit itself.
The last one on eBay went for $400 without 2 extra power cables.
And the last few to sell on the 'goN have gone for around that if not more.

I am going to go check it out on lunch today (It's nice working 4 blocks from the best hifi shop in town!)
