here's what i did in firefox.

entered the site via New Posts on the error page previously mentioned.

clicked on Forums to bring up the Club Polk home page.

opened a second browser window and copy and pasted address from new Club Polk, just to double check it would work, which it did just fine.

in the second browser window, i deleted the original Club Polk bookmark, and re-saved the new one.

seems to be working fine with no cache or history clearing.

    I fixed my problem.
I happened to have to reset my modem for other reasons, and when it came back up, BAM!
All was working, and now I can continue to make Jesse's and brgman's life miserable!
That is all that matters to me!

The forum loads a lot faster now. I used to scream at Apple, Safari, and Chrome to hurry up because it took so long to load before.

Thanks for the heads up. I had checked the forums before I left on my trip to which they were down... I checked them when I came home and they were still down. I was wondering if Polk permanently closed the forum. I tried just recently for giggles and it came up. I probably would have not returned if it didn't work. Checked the FB page for some sort of news.

Glad to see all is well.

Patrick has changed lately. No response seems to be the norm. Phone or net.

Any word on fixing the email notification feature or has it gone the way of member sales ratings?

As many of us know, Patrick is no longer with Polk Audio. He's moved on to greater pastures. With that said, he has been replaced by someone else and it will be up to him to get this done.

FYI - he hasn't been replaced just yet. There is Nick P who to my understanding is covering his and Patrick's roles until the position is filled. If there are any concerns PM Nick P.

For right now you'll get the fastest response if you message nap or Ken. Since Patrick was the main forum guy I apologize if it takes me awhile to get back to people, I've been quite busy since our beloved Patrick left

haha no I guess not. I am able to receive notifications. I've gone through the troubleshooting guide from vbulletin and tweaked a few things. Hopefully *crosses fingers* that fixes the issue. Please let me know if you guys are still having trouble and I'll try again.
