    Default Carver S/DA 390t

    Is a vacuum stage 5 disc carosel type CD player. Anyone used this unit or familiar with it? Thoughts?

    Don't own one, but have heard one. If memory serves, I liked what I heard but the lowest of bass notes seemed a tad bloated to me. That could have been due to the associated gear though.

    Good unit, has both a fixed and variable output so it can be used as a pre if your using CD's only. Disc tray has a habit of sticking shut but there are easy fixes to that.

    Indyhawg has one as well as Joe Hummbert so PM those fella's for their thoughts...

    The Carver tubed CD players seem to be the cheapest way to get into tubed CD players; and I've only heard good things about them.
