Im a rookie!! I need advice please!

So my each member of my family got me pieces to a home theater system. I need advice on what wire to use and how to set up.
First- Sony STR-DH520 AVR
Second- Two Polk TSI400's
Third- CS20 center channel
Fourth- TSI200's bookshelf
Fifth- PSW505 for my sub


If some one could give advice on which wire they recommend and a good setup I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you guys in advance for the assistance!

Speaker wire would be good.

The does not have a separate out for the sub so you will have to go from the avr to the sub then to the fronts. The center and rears connect directly to the avr.

If you are new to hooking up gear, I would go with wire that has the polarity marked (+,-). Also, go no thinner than 16 ga wire. Try and use the shortest amount of wire going to each speaker you can without making it taut. Subwoofer cables are abundant and can be found at various places online (newegg, amazon, etc.) Good luck and have fun!

Oops my bad. I looked at a picture of the back panel and missed it and also looked on the specification tab under speakers out and missed the fact that it was listed under the audio out section and that the AVR is listed as a 7.1.

Sorry for the confusion.

And you will NOT have to run cables from the sub to fronts.
