I wouldn't bet they sound amazing, but probably have good frequency response, and will play louder than you would like.

Not to mention the cool factor of these industrial-looking conversation pieces, they put out an incredible sound stage and play louder than you can withstand. Yes, they will clear the room if dared.

If they could have just squeezed in 4 more tweeters, I would probably try to scrape up the money and pick them up. Just don't think 10 will give enough high freq response.

It's things like this that make me wish I just had money to throw away.

I would buy them and then set them up in my driveway with a giant banner, "WHITESNAKE LIVE TONIGHT!!!" just to watch and see my neighbor's reactions.

I actually showed them to my wife and said if I can bring them.
She said, "Do they sound good?"
At least I didn't get a death stare. But I guess she doesn't have idea of how big actually they are.
They are close by... must resist...

C'mon Larry. Haven't you always wanted to build a FrankenSDA out of all those spare drivers you got doing nothing but collecting dust in that closet? I bet you could outnumber his drivers by now, am I right?
