That's a nice piece of audio history right there, in minty shape to boot.

I have seen mint ones go for ~$25k-30k.
This is probably my single favorite piece of all audio.
The best part was that they shipped as kits and the end user assembled them (or hired the shop they bought it from to do so).

I know it's a neat piece of audio equipment/history, but it can't sound better than a less expensive pair of speakers...

Of the 1966 JBL Paragon, he says, "The Paragon makes piano pieces by such artists and Erroll Garner and Gene Harris absolutely stage live quality.", yet nowhere does he mention any Shunyata cables - or any cables for that matter - in his extensive listing of top-end gear used. Hmmmm....could he possibly be right? Must be an error of omision on his part!

They are said not to sound all that great; I've never heard one, though.
Given the driver components in them, I doubt that I'd like them - I find the classic JBL monitor sound to be quite screechy in the MR and ear-gouging in the treble (many, many folks would disagree, though).

Bizarrely, I happen to have, courtesy of my favorite local vintage audio emporium :-), a pair of the beefy JBL compression drivers (275) and right-angle treble horns (and associated JBL XOs) used in the Paragon's little sibling, the Metregon!

Now... wouldn't it have been cool to have found a whole Metregon at the dump...?

EDIT: PS and FWIW, In terms of realistic reproduction of piano, I'll put the Altec 604E Duplexes up against anything (at least, anything I've heard with my own two ears)...
