Hi, I just bought a Soundbar 5K and after about 10 days the subwoofer just stopped worked. Dead. Light turned off in the back everything. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I followed all the instructions and it's dead.

Thanks for posting on Polk's forum. The best thing to do is contact Polk's CS department either by telephone at: 1-800-377-7655 or via email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com. They'll want to know the system's serial number and place and date of purchase. They'll help you solve the problem.
