I suspect there is a photo or link missing from ROHfan's post. More than likely to the eBay kit that is available for 10B speakers. I won't post the link because I might be putting words in his mouth.

Hi, I did get it from ebay, about 3 to 4 years ago. It was just a basic kit, with instructions on how to solder the capacitors, resistors and polyswitche. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polk-Crossov...item35bdbf5624 Thanks..

the kit has in it two bennic xpp 12.0 uf 5%polypropylene film capacitors and two bennic 31mfd low df non polar electrolyic capacitors. I didn't get it from westmassguy, I was just useing the ebay link as a reference. sorry for the confusion.
That is basically a refresh of what came on your crossovers originally. Not really an "upgrade" or a "downgrade" but a refresh of the old components.

VR3 is correct.
If you want an upgrade go with Sonicap Gen 1 film caps/Mills resistors, or Clarity Cap ESA's, etc. IMO if it's worth doing it's worth doing well. You'll probably hear an improvement with Bennic because the orginal components are way past their prime. Using higher quality components will take those speaks to a whole other level.
"Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills, polyswitches removed, Lg Solen inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR binding posts, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheets (3" strips) installed on back wall behind MW's & Tweeters, interior of cabinets sealed, AI-1 interface with 1000VA transformer
Thank You..
