mini monitors, need foam

I have a pair of the polk mini monitors that are the foam version and have not had luck finding the correct size foam, the woofer is about 3 inch OD and the ID of the frame is about 4 inch with a 4.5 inch to the outer lip of the frame.
any ideas?

Did you look on Ebay for the reform kit? Midwest speaker specialists in Roseville ,Mn. Might b able to help. Easy do it yourself project w the kit. Good luck, D

Thank you ! Midwest Speaker Repair seems to have exactly what i need. I wish i knew of this company before. I am kinda surprised how much variation there is with there 4.5 inch surrounds
