    The story about him driving his John Deere riding mower 8 miles to get a drink because his wife at the time had taken all the vehicle keys and left is one I'll never forget. Pretty funny the first time I heard it, but his alcohol and cocaine abuse were not. Still, lived to be 81 so he had a good run considering. Such a distinctive voice...
